LOCAL ROOTS

LOCAL ROOTS is an educational project that combines a hydroponic growing system with a year-long learning program for children. The system is introduced into the classroom, where students assemble it, grow and care for edible plants, and learn through hands-on experience. Throughout the process, they develop responsibility, empathy, and practical and theoretical knowledge while building a stronger connection with the food they eat and exploring modern growing technologies.
