TELOBKIE is a project I developed during my studies in collaboration with Sima Zoabi, Adir Rubin, and Miriam. The project focused on designing and creating an adjustable bicycle that can adapt to different rider sizes.
We redesigned the traditional bicycle frame, introducing a new structure that allows the bike to expand horizontally while maintaining its functionality and stability. This approach enables a more precise fit for multiple riders and reduces the need to purchase new bicycles for children as they grow.
The transformation of the frame presented a range of design and engineering challenges that we had to overcome. Through this process, we created a new interpretation of the classic bicycle “diamond frame” icon, combining adaptability, functionality, and a renewed visual language.
